Run a half marathon on Sunday 12th October 2014 and help treat a sick child in South Africa
Renowned as the most scenic city marathon in the capital, the marathon meanders through four of London’s magnificent royal parks and promises glimpses of world-famous landmarks.
But it’s more about the promise of care and dignity that your participation can offer a chronically sick child in South Africa.
By running for a life – you will be contributing to a new Paediatric Palliative Care Unit – a project that gives comfort and specialist care to children with life-threatening illnesses. The Children’s Hospital Trust UK raises funds for the Red Cross War Memorial Children’s Hospital in Cape Town – sub-Saharan Africa’s largest, stand-alone specialist hospital for children.
100% of all funds donated go to prioritised projects.
Join the team at £65 and commit to raise a further £235.
