Africa is home to 54 countries, each with their own history, cultures and traditions. As we celebrate African unity, diversity and identity this month, we should explore all the aspects that make this continent unique. What better way then taking you on a culinary journey across Africa and delving into the rich tapestry of flavours and ingredients this continent has to offer.

North Africa is like a treasure chest overflowing with history, culture, and diverse landscapes. When it comes to food, can experience the unique blend of Arabic, Berber, and Mediterranean influences. The Moroccan tagine, for example, is a slow-cooked stew made with meat, vegetables, and spices, served with couscous. The rich aroma of cinnamon, cumin, and saffron, combined with tender meat and vegetables, will leave you craving for more. Another popular dish in North Africa is the Egyptian koshari, a comfort food made with rice, lentils, chickpeas, pasta, and tomato sauce.
